The situation

CREALOGIX builds digital banking and wealth-management software used by financial institutions across Europe. These are long-lived enterprise platforms: they carry regulated financial workflows, integrate deeply into bank environments, and support millions of end users in daily production use.

The delivery challenge

Modernization in this environment cannot pause the business. Platform architecture had to move toward cloud and microservices while existing banking products stayed live, reliable and compliant. Enterprise scale, legacy architecture and continuous production expectations all had to be handled at the same time.

SH!FT engineers have worked as part of CREALOGIX product and engineering teams rather than owning the platform end to end. Our responsibility covered software engineering, delivery strength and modernization support within the wider client organization.
